Chesley Appointed to Lead Counsel Committee for Toyota Class Action
May 2010
On May 14, 2010, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California appointed Stan Chesley of Waite, Schneider, Bayless & Chesley to the lead counsel committee for economic loss cases in the Toyota multi district litigation. The appointment was based on the long history of experience in complex and multi district litigation of both Mr. Chesley and Waite, Schneider, Bayless & Chesley.
