Fact discovery concluded on April 29, 2010, with more than 67 million pages of documents produced and 123 fact witnesses deposed. Expert discovery concluded on May 26, 2011.
On August 16, 2011, Plaintiffs Lead Counsel filed motions for partial summary judgment against Defendants Fannie Mae and KPMG and Defendants filed summary judgment motions against Plaintiffs. The summary judgment motions are currently scheduled to be fully briefed on December 14, 2011. No trial date has yet been set.
