Fact discovery in this complex litigation was completed April 2010. The parties are currently engaged in expert discovery. Plaintiffs' Lead Counsel have designated eight expert witnesses, and Defendants have designated 30 expert witnesses. Summary judgment briefing is scheduled to be completed by November 2011. No trial date has been set.
